3. Payment

3.1 Payment for our services must be made in full before the scheduled departure time, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Prices quoted by Airvoir S.R.L. are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made by the client are subject to our cancellation policy, as stated in our booking confirmation.

4.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

5. Changes and Amendments

5.1 Any changes or amendments to your booking must be communicated to Airvoir S.R.L. as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the booking confirmation.

6. Aircraft and Crew

6.1 Airvoir S.R.L. will provide suitable aircraft and qualified crew for your charter flight.

6.2 The client agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew during the flight.

7. Liability

7.1 Airvoir S.R.L. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, or mechanical issues.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Airvoir S.R.L. respects your privacy and confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
